2. Private Label Rights (PLR)

When a Product includes Private Label Rights (PLR), the Buyer has the right to edit, rebrand, and customize the content. This includes modifying the text, changing images or design elements, and selling it under their own name or business.

However, unless explicitly stated, PLR products may not be resold with PLR or MRR rights included. Buyers may not claim copyright ownership and must ensure the content is not used in ways that violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the Seller and Buyer. It replaces any previous agreements or communications, whether verbal or written.

10. Severability

11. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital programs and downloadable products, all sales are final.
