✔️ You CANNOT use nor sell this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all.

✔️ Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY. Video training CAN be uploaded on other hosts, however they CANNOT be modified.

✔️ Product minimum sale price is $97 however product can be sold to the price of your choice, any price point above $97

✔️ Discounts can be applied: YES However please be sure that after discount, the product is still being sold at the minimum of $97. (Example: Sell the product at $200, then offer a 50% discount so selling price is $100 which is above the $97 minimum).

Digital Product Licensing Agreement

This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Regan Hillyer International (“Licensor”), and the Purchaser (“Licensee”). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
